Introduction
This User Agreement, the user privacy policy and all other policies posted on our site set out the terms along which Entebbe Multiple Services offers you the access to use our website, services, applications and tools. (Collectively “services”). You agree to comply with all our user policies when accessing our services.  

The name of the entity you are contracting with is EBB Multiple Services Limited, located at Entebbe International Airport within Entebbe Municipality and with P.O.Box 655, Entebbe.  In this user agreement, this entity is refered to as EBB Multiple Services, We or Us.

About Us
EBB Multiple Services is the umbrella company for the brand Airport Transfers Entebbe which offers a wide range of tour safari packages to the various attractions in Uganda and Airport Taxi Services to and from Entebbe International Airport.

Using our Website / Payment
Our website lists the various tour packages and transfer services you may wish to chose from. The website enables payment through Payza. Users will need to follow the Payza terms of use to access this secure payment services. An emailing function is available on the contact us page to allow users to communicate to us in follow up of service or to request service. The terms that describe user privacy are clearly stated in the Privacy Policy.

Information Accuracy
Every user is mandated to ensure that the information they provide through our website is as accurate as possible and any service failures arising due to submitted information inaccuracy will not be the responsibility of EBB Multiple services Limited.

Authorization to call you
When you submit to us your contact details during service request, you authorize us to contact you using either manual or auto managed calls, text messages or emails as necessary to complete our service chain.
We may also share your contact details with authorized service partners as stated in our Privacy Policy. These service providers may contact you using either manually or prerecorded autodialed calls and text messages as necessary to complete our service chain.  

Booking Cancelations
All booking cancelations that attract a refund will be managed in accordance to the EBB Multiple Services refund policy.

Links to Other Website
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by EBB Multiple Services Ltd.

EBB Multiple Services Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that EBB Multiple Services shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
